Le Rhonda Walton-Hill is the C.O.O (Chief Operating Officer) of OM2000 VISION LLC and a 25-year veteran in the optical field. She received her associate's degree in business administration in 1985. In 1998 she realized her love for the optics and decided to study and obtain her certification to practice as a licensed optician through the apprenticeship program in Knoxville, Tennessee. Shortly after she obtained her license in 2002, She started practicing optical dispensing in the industry and specialized in fitting infants, children, and teens for more than 10 years.
In 2012, She moved on to strengthen her career in management for corporate retail stores. Currently, she sits on several boards, including
the State of Tennessee Health and Regulated Board of Opticians, The Optician's Advisory Committee for Roane State College as Chairperson and is the Vice President of The Tennessee
Dispensing Opticians Association.
